Illinois Women’s Health & Wellness (IWHW) is a telehealth practice led by Fallon M. Flowers, APRN, WHNP-BC. We specialize in women’s reproductive and preventive health with a focus on college women, early-career women, and underserved communities in Illinois. Our mission is to make expert, compassionate care accessible wherever you are.

Our services are available to women and people assigned female at birth, ages 16–35, living in Illinois. We are especially committed to supporting college students, young professionals, and women in rural or underserved areas who may not have easy access to traditional clinics.

Unlike traditional clinics or general telehealth platforms, IWHW is designed with college women and early-career women in mind. We offer:

• Flexible scheduling that fits around school and work and when they "need it most" on weekends, with late afternoon and evening visits campus health centers are closed.

• Educational resources, including our 🌸 Glow Up Health: Wellness for College & Early Career Women blog and signature workshops

• A mission-driven commitment to reducing healthcare disparities for women across Illinois

• Dedicated focus only on gynecology, women’s health and holistic wellness, providing evidence-based care from a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP).

A gynecologist (MD/DO) is a physician who specializes in surgical and complex gynecologic care. An Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) is trained to provide primary and preventive healthcare, including exams, prescriptions, and counseling. A Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) is an APRN with specialized training in women’s reproductive and gynecologic health.

Fallon M. Flowers, APRN, WHNP-BC, is board-certified in women’s health and passionate about focusing on adolescent and college women’s health, offering personalized, holistic care. Illinois Women’s Health & Wellness provides convenient telehealth gynecology visits for common women’s health concerns, from infections to birth control counseling.
